With 33 years in coarse fishery management Mark Simmonds has more practical fishery management experience than most people in the game.

After leaving Sparsholt in 1977 Mark spent to 1995 on the Broadlands Estate as Coarse Fishery Manager.  During his years at Broadlands Mark developed the Lake, a 27 acre gravel pit, into one of the country’s top specialist carp fisheries.

In 1985 Mark set up one of the first commercial style pleasure and match fisheries Longbridge Lakes.

After leaving Broadlands in 1995 Mark has been concentrating on his fish farm interests and has stocked most of the country’s top carp waters.

Mark can advise on all aspects of fishery management including stocking levels, what species to stock, risks involved in stocking, weed control, predator control, supplementary feeding, fish removal advice etc.

All of Mark's 33 years experience is available to anyone by picking up the phone or emailing using the details below.
